Hart Scales & Hodges was founded in 1782 and for over 200 years our solicitors and staff have dedicated themselves to serving the Dorking and Surrey Hills’ communities.

In the late 1780’s our offices at 159 High Street, Dorking were built for the practice and we have been at the heart of this wonderful market town and community ever since.

We are able to assist our clients in almost every area of law, but have particular strengths in wills, trusts and probate, administration of estates, residential property, commercial property, landlord and tenant, family law, employment law, and business law.
