Robin Williams
Robin specializes in employment law and HR matters for both individuals and businesses.
She aims to provide commercially sound, value for money advice to her clients in all areas
of employment law, from recruitment to dismissal, and seeks to provide a framework
between employers and employees where good working relationships can flourish.
Importantly, Robin tailors her advice to the specific needs of her clients, which is a far cry
from the impersonal ‘one size fits all’ approach of retainer-based advice providers.
Robin qualified as a solicitor in 1997, initially in the areas of company and commercial
work, before going on to specialise in employment law. She has worked for firms in
London, Guildford and Horsham, joining Hart Scales & Hodges as a consultant solicitor in 2010.
Robin has two sons and lives in Horsham with her partner, Nick.
