Sara Stabler
Specialist areas: Civil and Commercial Litigation, Contentious Probate, Insolvency Sara is a Solicitor Advocate. She qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and
gained Higher Rights of Audience in 2002. Sara has in depth knowledge of business
litigation and dispute resolution including complex contractual disputes, professional
negligence, contested probate and trust claims, company disputes and property
disputes.
She also has specific experience advising Universities and Higher and Further
Education Institutes, Independent Schools and Education Bodies on issues of liability,
litigation, discipline and appeal procedures.
