Stephen Carr
Stephen joined Hart Scales & Hodges in July 2010 as a trainee solicitor. Prior to starting his
training contract, Stephen graduated from Essex University with an upper second class degree
before going on to achieve a distinction in the Legal Practice Course at Guildford.
Stephen has a keen interest in will writing and estate planning and is proud to be part of the
Private Client team at Hart Scales & Hodges who have strong relationships with their clients
and a reputation for always going the extra mile to deliver and exceed client expectations.
Outside of his legal work Stephen enjoys many sports, especially football and cricket. He
regularly takes part in running events to raise money for charity, and is looking forward to his
next military 10k. In addition to his sporting interests, Stephen enjoys buying and selling antiques
and collectibles and can regularly be found at local collectors fairs and auction salerooms in and
around Dorking.
